Adult Choir Meets 6-7p Midweek

This group provides leadership in worship for our 11:00 Sunday morning services and special occasions throughout the year. Our choir also provides the core of soloists/actors for our seasonal productions as well as our special soloists each week in the worship services. Membership is open to all adults without tryouts or auditions. No experience is necessary. You should just have a love for God, a desire to praise Him with your voice, and a commitment to participate weekly. Child care is available during our regular rehearsal time at 6 – 7pm each Wednesday evening, and also for any extra rehearsal times we may have prior to special programs.

Adult Discipleship

Our Adult Discipleship is led by:

Associate Pastor

Sunday School 945a Sundays

It is our desire to see all who encounter God through 12th Street grow more and more into the image of Christ. We do this as a congregation through Sunday School (Small Group Bible Studies). We have classes meeting on location every Sunday at 9:45AM for adults in every stage of life. You can grab a class list at the Guest Services booth at the main entrance, or ask a greeter to help you find the right fit.  Contact Charles Taylor to get more information.

Community Groups Meets Seasonally 5p Sundays

Meets Seasonally 5p Sundays & 6p Wednesdays

Community Groups are designed to create an environment that is conducive to discipleship in a more intimate setting. These groups meet in homes and provide an opportunity to further study the doctrines and disciplines of the faith.

Senior Adults Various Times

Our senior adult ministry may be the most active group in the church. Whether luncheons, serving the community, a trip around town, or a retreat, Young @ Heart is always moving! Check the calendar for events, and contact Charles to get plugged in.

Student Ministry

Our Student Ministry is led by:

Student Pastor

In the Venue Student Area, middle & high schoolers are invited to share in searching for answers through God's Word. Every Wednesday night they are led in Common Worship, growing closer together as they seek truth. Students connect before worship, playing ping-pong, air-hockey, video games, or just hanging out at the Cafe. The Venue Entrance is located around the backside of the church at the glass door marked “Student Area/Church Office.” Doors open at 5:30pm and Common Worship starts at 6pm.

Every Sunday morning in the Venue Student Area, students are encouraged to attend our Unity Groups that take place during our Sunday School hour which are divided by high school and middle school and also by gender. During this hour, students are encouraged to grow together by unifying around the Gospel.

COMMUNITY GROUP Meets 4:45p-6:15p Sundays

During the fall and spring, our student ministry meets in a large Unity Group to study together and to learn how to apply the Word to our lives as a group. These meet in homes in our community.

Each fall, spring, and summer we produce a student event calendar for students to connect together and build community together. Our student ministry always looks forward to D-Now in February and Fuge Camps in the summer!

Kids Ministry

Our Kids Ministry is led by:

Interim Minister to Children Young Families

PRESCHOOL & KIDS WORSHIP Meets 830 & 11a Sundays

Kids will jump, craft, sing, play and learn about our Savior with our preschool specific worship service. With plenty to do to keep their little bodies moving and learning, the hour will fly by as we use "The Gospel Project for Preschoolers" to teach and reinforce the amazing lessons of Scripture. To pre-register your preschooler please use the form below.

Inside our Mainstreet Kids Worship Room, our grade school kids will discover God's truths while singing, playing games, watching lesson videos, reading Scripture, and creating projects. We use "The Gospel Project for Kids" to teach and reinforce the amazing lessons of Scripture in a way they will understand. To pre-register your kids please use this form below.

Hearing God’s word taught is special, and being led to search God’s word personally is invaluable, especially for young believers. In both Preschool and Kids Sunday School, we take the time to search God’s Word to seek truth in engaging and age-appropriate ways.

Children in Action/Mission Friends Meets 6p Midweek

Every Wednesday night throughout the school year, our kids learn about missions around the world and in North America. We also apply what we learn throughout our community. We have a monthly mission project where our kids get hands-on by serving and sharing about Jesus.

MSK MUSIC Meets Sunday 5p

MSK Music provides opportunities for our young budding musicians to grow in their skills through age-based groups and to gain valuable experience as they lead our church in worship multiple times throughout the school year.

Each summer we produce a family activities calendar where there is opportunity for your family to connect together and spend time with their faith community. Mainstreet Kids are always excited about our Vacation Bible School and going to Centrikid Camp and other camps throughout the summer!
For more information about children's events, please contact our Minister to Children and Young Families, Tracie Griggs, at the link below.
